ProjectUNI is alive and kicking.

April 16th, 2008

Hello, and welcome to the new ProjectUNI. I decided to go the way of blogging, so we can keep you up to date on all our progress. Yes I know we haven’t had a lot of progress lately, but we are starting to gain some momentum.

First off Brian and I decided to upgrade to a new, more advanced version of torque. This will allow us to use shaders, and in general the game should be a lot more pretty on the eyes. Thank you to everyone on the unicyclist forums who helped test this new engine. During the tests everyone was able to run it fine, even on low end systems.

Finally, thanks to Olaf and everyone at unicycle.tv, ProjectUNI.com is now on better servers. Also thanks to Spencer Hochberg at uniflatland.com for assisting me in setting up the host.

Check back frequently as we should have more updates on the way.

I consider Spencer a genius and I would surely take any advice he offers very seriously. I’ve always thought a unicycle video game was needed. I’ll be offering my input for sure. Weebles

Hi, first of all nice work so far…the game is really hard though and it would be great to be able to side hop :P also when will the new version with the updated character come out?

    keep up the good work

We aren’t sure when the next update will be ready, but we are working on it so hopefully sometime soon.
